Great place yo stay

Well I pre booked this on Expedia. But waited to pay upon check in. Once I arrived, the clerk found my reservation. She then charged me almost double what my reservation was for. I had to go back to the desk and show them. I think they tried to pull a fast one on me. Because I watched the clerk sort through the reservations until she found mine. Was this not shown once she pulled up the reservation? Once I went back they refunded the amount. The room was very nice. The free breakfast was ok. The location was good. You have to take an elevator from the entrance up to the lobby. Then from the lobby take another elevator up to your room. Which is a bit inconvenient for me. Overall it was ok. I would not stay here again.

We had our reservation for two months in advance, when we arrived , we were told that our room was closed for maintenance, while others were being checked in. The shuttle service was full of excuses when we needed a ride. Breakfast was good, clean rooms. Clean hotel.

Bedroom wasn't vaccinated Shower drain was clogged First day we found hair on the pillow

Un excelente hotel en su tipo, y a costos razonables para la calidad.

Es un hotel pequeño, muy sencillo, las camas y almohadas son duras. Su uso debe ser como hotel de paso únicamente. Positivo: muy buena ubicación
