Pool was out of order and so where the ice machines

Huge parts of the facility are under construction. Maintenance overall is poor. Buffet food was not good in the slightest. Restaurant quality was slightly better. The pools that were open were nice,but terribly congested as the main pool is under construction / repair. Funstaff from Diamonds International were good, but didn't make up for the properties other shortcomings. Would not stay again.

Amazing!! Everything was a 10/10! Definitely recommend if you want to take it easy and relax. Thank you for our beautiful stay ❤️

To be honest , we booked a trip back to the same place due to the fact that we loved the staff. There were so many to name that.Unfortunately , I can't even remember all of the bartenders that we encountered. Or the staff members , for example , alexis , we won't ever forget him and his team because they were the best we actually came to this resort in march of this year two thousand and twenty six. We came back this june because we loved it so much we ended up staying twelve nights. They just made it so welcoming that at the end , I can only tell you it was all worth it. The team there is entertaining and will take care of you. Not to mention the servers. I only wish I could remember their names.They were not ordinary names , they were very unique. Is I will call them all my uncles in spanish. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone I know not only was it affordable accommodating and fun. If you're looking for rooms that are clean , this , is it. If you're looking for good food , definitely go to lunch from at their seafood place that turns into a mexican restaurant at night.

If you’re looking for a nice place to relax and forget about work or stresses back home this is the place! We loved the atmosphere and layout of this resort. The beach access was small but worked well. If you want to snorkel all day this is definitely a great place to go. The two pools by the beach were nice. The snack bar was good. When we were there they served hot dogs, hamburgers and nachos. You had the choice of chips or french fries for your sides. They also had a stocked fruit and vegetable bar. Condiments were mayo, mustard and ketchup. They also had three types of drinks available. Carlos at the beach bar was amazing. As soon as he would see me walking up he would already be making me two drinks. The breakfast buffet was good. The supper buffet was good as well nothing spectacular. We went to one of the other restaurants and it was ok as well. Room service was awesome and fast. Whenever we would leave to go to the beach we would request a cleaning through their app and was completed within the hour. We had an ocean view room and it was beautiful. Only drawback was the main pool was close due to repairs. Overall this place was pretty nice. We would definitely come back again!

Food and staff were great. The main pool was closed and I was disappointed of the little beach.

Stayed here 2 times now it is in an excellent location staff is very friendly and helpful pools are great and all the restaurants are great You can walk 1 block away and you have shopping and more restaurants and bars I highly recommend this place if you want an all inclusive resort
