Small rooms, vey expensive

Great location. Easy for public transportation. Staff was okay, but it would be better customer service if were given a room not facing the main street. It’s too noisy, esp. in the morning where you’re still asleep and you could hear the buses and cars passing by. I did not realize it until the following morning. Stayed there for only 2 nights so I did not ask them to move us, just making myself believe they were sold out, that’s why we were assigned a “noisy” room. When you book this hotel/location, ask for rooms facing the courtyard or at the back. Also, walls are thin, you could hear the doors slamming next door or by nearby rooms. If you are okay with the noise, it’s not a bad hotel.

It was very noisy here, with both noise from the roads outside but also coming from other rooms and the corridors from other guests. Location was good and cleanliness was ok. Beds were very uncomfortable though so due to this and the noise we didn’t get a very good sleep and wouldn’t recommend or stay again.

The room was clean and well maintained. Both check in and check out were easy and very fast. The staff were welcoming and extremely nice.

The staff were really nice and helpful. My bathroom stunk up the room so bad even with the door closed. My tv didn’t work at all and the socket for the plugs blew out and couldn’t charge my phone near the bed

My room was clean when I checked in. The location was close to everything and all the places I wanted to explore was just walking distance. I didn’t eat breakfast but went down to check what was being served. Not much of a spread. I prefer walking to a cafe nearby and have breakfast there. The front desk people were very nice and polite.

We were very weary travelers who had encountered multiple problems with lodging and were so grateful to stay here if even for 1 night. The concierge was wonderful and very helpful. We were allowed to leave our luggage in safe lockers. I really appreciated the air conditioning and we slept well.

I took a cheap room and was pleased overall. The place has an unpleasant musty smell throughout though, and a lot of banging noises throughout the day/night. My main concern was that room entry is via combination lock, with no interior-only security lock. I was wary the code may not be rotated between guests, so blocked the door with furniture at night as a solo female traveller for peace of mind. The location is fantastic
