Our family of five loved our 4-night stay at Novotel. Our rooms were beautiful, breakfast was extensive and delicious, and the gym was completely functional. The staff was outstanding also—professional, welcoming and helpful. Our whole experience was much better than we expected—we’re thrilled that we stayed there.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with smiles, warmth and a welcome that was one of the best... room with an beach front view over the sea, great location, great staff, gym had everything you need and the pool was nice to have a dip in afterwards... highly recommended

What a beautiful beach! It’s well lit at night and was active from 6 am to after midnight. If you can do so, book a high floor direct ocean view room with balcony. My only complaint was I found the balcony furniture quite uncomfortable. But oh that view! I also appreciated “little things” at this hotel, such as the Mitsubishi elevators. They’re so quiet and dampered that you don’t even realize you’re moving as you go up and down in them.

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm welcome of the front desk staff. The room was spotless, modern, and super comfortable — we especially loved the sea view from our balconny. The location is ideal, close to everything but still peaceful and relaxing. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety and fresh options. Huy provided first class service. He helped arrange transportation to our next destination. Thanks again buddy!
Novotel Nha Trang truly exceeded our expectations — We definitely recommend this hotel to all visitors.
