The property itself was ok though a bit away from anything. As we were the only guests at the time they just shut everything down no restaurant no laundry no staff. We booked for 4 nights but left after only one. We booked into the Wangcome hotel and it was fantastic

Hotel location is off the side street, gps sent me to next street over. Watch for a blue sign with hotel name on the it and turn there. Very tight alley if you’re driving. Cold water in the pool, couldn’t use. Room was large , separate seating area from bedroom. Good A/C. Bathroom wasn’t clean. Only 1 hot item per person for breakfast, I had wonton soup, my wife pad Thai or fried eggs. Coffe, juice, bread, jam, fruits also available.

Chambre familiale propre avec clim. Menage fait tous les jours. Personnel tres gentil. Piscine tres sympa avec la chaleur. A 20mn a pied du night market.

Fantastic place bit out of city centre but nicer for it

quiet and clean. staff very helpful.breakfast a bit average.Bathmats needed in shower area. Friendliest hotel staff ever!

These were some of the most obvious moments where I could see that I wasn't wanted at their resort simply because I was not Thai. I was greeted with fear and lies. I will never go back to the city of Chiang Rai even because of this experience.

Large, clean rooms, comfortable beds, nice pool and outdoor area to relax.

Very good in general. Given that it is situated at or near the city fringe, it is accessible to the city but could be noisy as the rooms are close to each other.

The hotel is a bit out of town and remote. The rooms are nice, except the bathrooms are a bit weird with just a shower head attached to the wall so most of the room gets soaked (no shower curtain or stall). The pool was nice and our kids loved swimming. The hotel staff was largely unhelpful in finding taxis. They would only call tuk tuks and taxis that charged triple market rates. So do yourself a favor and call the taxi company directly yourself and save yourself a lot of money. The number is 053-773-477. They speak English.
