Beautiful location. Very tastefully and comfortably appointed room and public areas. Staff were friendly and attentive and the entire experience relazing and enjoyable.

Beautiful hotel and a good choice for golfing. However, compared to other 5 star hotels we stayed at in Ireland over our one week trip, service and amenities at this hotel are mediocre and value is not as good. Reception staff seem to be many summer student-age and can be better trained and more willingly helpful. Some are friendly and helpful but not all. Main restaurant seems to be very well managed and food was good. Loved Galway and will go back, but will likely look for another hotel.

Great hotel, service and everything generally excellent, however pint of Guinness was terrible in the main bar, it’s amazing with all they get right that they allow this.

Facilities and grounds were beautiful. The staff was very accommodating. Food very good, Lots of options. Dined at The Pullman one night. Fabulous menu, wine pairing and atmosphere.

The hotel and grounds are beautiful. Check in was easy. Our only complaint is the service for breakfast—one day they forgot our order, the next was just slow.

Door man was wonderful, breakfast great, golf course was the highlight.

Amazing resort. We have already recommended it to friends from the States.

We loved the hotel but the Tasting at Pullman was too long, only the sweet tastings were deserving of a Michelin star, and we left hungry. Based on this, we felt the experience was lacking and overpriced.
