Highly recommend this hotel. Although in the centre of Naples it is very quiet. The only noise was delightful....from birds and children. The rooms and common areas are all well renovated and spotless. The bed was very comfortable with high quality linens. All staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. We did have a little trouble identifying the hotel when the taxi dropped us off down the street outside but once close by the person at the entrance was helpful and assured us we were in the right place.

The room was ready early, which we appreciated. The staff were brilliant with helpful suggestions for restaurants and transportation. The room was clean, had comfortable memory foam mattress and pillows and quiet, I mean really quiet. The room we had had exterior stone walls several feet thick. The included breakfast was excellent, with eggs made to order, pastries, fruit, cakes, yoghurt and specialty coffees made to order. It's centrally located within walking distance to historic areas. There is an elevator, but at least one flight of stairs to reach it so it may be a challenge for limited mobility guests. We loved it and recommend it highly.

The hotel is very nice but is located on the fourth floor of a residential building. It is somewhat difficult to get to without using a lot of steps. The breakfast was very good and the staff if very friendly and helpful.

Only had 1 breakfast, ok. Chef was late on 2nd morning so unable to have breakfast or coffee

Unusual historic building, carefully designed lighting in the room, great shower, wonderful breakfast.

All the receptionist are amazing!!! They always tried to make my stay wonderful. They always answered all my questions. I will stay here again.

A lovely small hotel in a wonderful location. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the room was cozy and clean.

We loved our stay at Artemisia Domus! Everything was exceptional from the staff to the room, breakfast and concierge! The location is right in the middle of everything! If I could give 10 stars I would!

It's a gem of a place in the hustle and bustle of Napoli's historic center. I would highly recommend it - I'm a female solo traveler so safety is a priority, as is cleanliness and just good service. Michaela and Andrea were top notch receptionists that really went out of their way to make sure I'm comfortable with recommendations for dinner etc. Janou was lovely and professional with making sure breakfast is well-prepared. Thank you!
