Only reason it didn’t get a full 5 stars is because it’s a little ways from most of the sights and restaurants in the city. Other than that it was a great stay and the staff at the hotel is exceptional.

The staff and breakfast was very nice. The rugs need to be replaced, they are filthy, they need to be cleaned. Gives the room a dirty appearance. DIRTY room rugs!!

Very helpful and hospitable staff. Before we even arrived, and through email, staff were very helpful and professional. Their warmth and professionalism stood out at every interaction—whether it was the front desk team greeting me with a smile, and helping me decide my itinerary and how to navigate the city, or the restaurant manager who went gladly offered us complimentary coffee and pastry. Thank you Hilton Double Tree team

The hotel was generally good. The hotel generally felt very old and dated but the rooms and bathrooms were cleaned daily and well maintained. The location was good also. Very close to the train station and most local sightseeing and shopping destinations. The breakfast was definitely a major plus point and the staff were brilliant. Good variety of different food and an impressive amount of selection.

The room was very spacious but the room carpet was very stained. It felted very unclean.

Breakfast always was good.

Just slept, showered & left.
