Exceptional service with impeccable cleanliness throughout the stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and consistently went above and beyond to deliver outstanding customer service. The only suggestion for improvement would be to provide two complimentary water bottles per day for double rooms, as one bottle is not quite sufficient for two guests.

低於平均 I cannot comment on my stay as I have been trying to cancel this for the last few weeks hoping for an exception to the cancellation policy as the war in the Middle East prevented me from visiting. The hotel told me to arrange this with Expedia but then never bothered to answer them when trying to get in touch

Amazing staff who are super accomodating. Our departure flights were cancelled due to Middle east conflict which resulted in us having to switch from our resort to the JEN until new flight was available. Their staff met us at the boat dock, escorted us through the airport, and drove us to the hotel. Exellent hospitality. Front desk rep Aisha was outstanding! She took us to our deluxe room and showed us the exec room we had booked for the next day. She went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and informed about all of our options to accommodate our mobility concerns. I hope you can recognize Aisha with an award. It is really hard to find people who really go the extra mile for their clients. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend.

Great hotel with airport transfer. Room was clean and decent size. We went to hang out at the rooftop bar while we wait for our ferry the next day. It's a great transition hotel in Male. We did not get to do much exploring but found a great coffee shop nearby.
