A quick check in, the room was large with everything as expected. The heated indoor pool was very nice on an evening with the poolside bar very welcome. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Excellent location . Very nice mix between the mall livelymood and thr hotel privacy . Excellent staff very helpful nice hospitality. Pools are just great.
Soom corridors need more maintenance and specially the lift between second and first floor rooms . Also daily room cleaning needs to be more thorough .

極佳 I had a wonderful experience at the Hilton Green Plaza. The location is unbeatable if you love having everything at your fingertips; being right inside the Green Plaza Mall means you have hundreds of shops, a cinema, and endless restaurants just steps from your room.
The service was top-notch—the staff were professional and made check-in a breeze. My room was spacious, very clean, and surprisingly quiet given the central location. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had a huge variety of fresh options. Whether you’re here for business or a family trip, this is easily one of the most convenient and comfortable places to stay in Alexandria. Will definitely be back!

Amazing experience at Hilton Green Plaza! The location is super convenient inside the mall, the rooms are spotless and cozy, and the staff are incredibly kind and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and the whole stay felt relaxing and comfortable. I’ll definitely come back next time I visit Alexandria!

The room was clean, and the staff were very nice and friendly. The room wasn't quiet at all, and the mattress was very firm, which made it uncomfortable. Otherwise, the room was so nice, and everything was so clean.
