I loved the place. It was clean , big and nice bar lounge areas. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. A great location too if you want to watch shows or walk up to Central Park

They couldn’t honor our reservation and forced into a smaller room. The staff was very unaccommodating to the situation. We were even charged additional on top of our reservation for a lesser room, for amenities. The housekeeping staff was nice, but our room had terrible air-conditioning, the bathroom was moldy, and we found previous occupants contacts and contact cleaner in the bathroom drawers.

Would have liked to have a fridge in the room. Everything else was great

This was a great hotel in a perfect location with everything we needed. Definitely recommend.

I really liked the room that we stayed in, the only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because it was a delay getting my room. I eventually received a upgrade to the sister hotel West House

Really nice , close to time square

Great location. Clean building. Walkable to many main attractions.

Great location. It was comfortable. I'd like I could stay more time.

Clean room. Close to everything.

Outstanding location!!! Easy walk to Central Park, Rockefeller Center, Lincoln Center, and Times Square. Starbucks and Carnegie Diner are steps away. I stayed for 1 night while in town for a concert. The bed was very comfortable. Room was quiet. But the bathroom had mildew on the shower curtain, which was a turn off. Otherwise, it was a very enjoyable experience.
