Very nice room, clean. Staff was helpful. The hotel was in a good location to walk to the night market and laundry services right around the corner

MhonSa Hotel is a very nice place. Very friendly and helpful staff and cute interior. We got a complimentary water gun to celebrate Songkran and when we checked in, we were told that if we needed to leave the hotel before the breakfast time starts, we could tell them the night before and we’d get a breakfast box. As many excursions in Chiang Mai start at 7AM, we very happily accepted this offer. The location of the hotel is also very good, walking distance to the restaurants and market around. I can happily recommend this hotel to others.

It was fine. Nice touch we had to leave at 6:30 am for the airport. Because we missed breakfast they provided a breakfast sandwich and drink to take with us Very nice

Location was great. Check-in was smooth. Breakfast had a good local and international selection. Room was very clean. Staff service was great.

An easy drive from the airport, walk up the lane and across the street to the old city with its street food and markets. Free all day coffee, friendly staff, comfortable rooms. We will stay here again next time we visit.

Great location. Very close to airport and night market. no elevator. the hotel itself was nice and clean. breakfast was decent. Some of the staff were not as accomadating as others

Ok for my need

Good modern hotel, nice clean reception area with helpful staff. Room facilities were good - air con and wifi both worked, hot water in the shower, and 2 free bottles of water provided each day. Also a TV although I didn't use it. The one issue with the room was that you could hear a lot of noise from neighbouring rooms - on the first night one of the rooms above / next to me got in at 2am and were banging about and scraping chairs around - luckily that was the only night I had problems but take earplugs! Breakfast was brilliant - choice of a hot dish off the menu (including Thai dishes, but also things like omelette and pasta - I loved the veg stir fry with rice) plus a buffet with toast, cereal, yoghurts, salad and lots of fresh fruit. There is a small pool area which was lovely - I went out there twice and was the only one out there which was nice and relaxing. The hotel is close to the centre and most of the city temples, just a short walk, also there is a good street food market close by. Make sure you visit Doi Inthanon National Park and Doi Suthep Temple - loved both of these.
