低於平均 they had a power outage and guests were waiting outside to check in at 6 pm by 7 the power was still not on so we did not stay there we went to another hotel
the hotel refused a refund which is crazy i have 5 kids with me who were tired and cranky..

Poorly maintained building. Power was out when we arrived. Live fruit flies kept coming up through my bathroom sink. The A/C unit was exceptionally loud. The innkeeper looked like he was ill. The only good things about this hotel were how cheap it was, how close it is to Bearizona, and the provided breakfast (two kinds of cereal, milk, bread, muffins, butter, 2 kinds of jam, yogurt, cranberry juice, orange juice, water, coffee, sugar, & creamer). It had a vending machine, but it only had orange juice.

低於平均 We were terribly disappointed at this property, especially after reading the reviews. We arrived to the property with people standing around waiting to check in. Inside the lobby, was a note stating the power was out and the person would be back at 5pm. It was 5:30 pm when we arrived. The photos are definitely AI altered. Huge disappointment. We left and went to a completely different place.

The A/C unit in our room make a loud noise that didn’t let us sleep, there was not even shampoo in the shower. The most disappointing thing was the breakfast, it was advertised as a buffet breakfast with pancakes, eggs and sausages but there was nothing but coffee and tiny muffins. The only good thing about this place was the location and the pool.

Convenient location for visiting the Grand Canyon. The breakfast was very sparse. The price was reasonable.
