This hotel sits right at the entrance to the beautiful center of Ravello. The views from each room are magnificent. With the lovely aroma of jasmine flowers growing everywhere. Breakfast buffet was magnificent and the pool area was also had an amazing view of the coast.

Lovely hotel in a great position close to everything, with spectacular views. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast with beautiful outlook over the mountains and sea.

Great location. Close to shops and other restaurants. The view from the room is breathtaking with a nice patio to enjoy a cup of joe. Breakfast is a normal European meal but was tasty and filling. The restaurant was also delish and the service was fantastic. Francesca and Lorenzo def made the meal even more enjoyable. We actually saw them in the town square and they recognized us and we exchanged hugs. Really good people. The front desk was also very helpful. Francesca and others which I can't recall all their names. They also helped coordinate rides to and from the next town over. Roberto/Bartender was great. We bs'd quite a bit and his drinks were fantastic. Really just a great time and I can't say enough to all the staff who made our stay even better. We would definitely stay here again!

The staff and the views is what made this trip so amazing. Thank you to Nataly and Francesca at the front desk for helping us call taxis to where we needed to go. Lorenz, Francisco, and Francesca you guys were fantastic. Thank you for such a fantastic stay.

The hotel stay was very enjoyable. The breakfast offered a fresh and varied selection, which was a great start to each day. The mattress was firm and comfortable, while the pillows were soft, making for a good night’s sleep. The staff were accommodating and helpful throughout our stay especially Nataly and Francesca and the other two lovely ladies at the breakfast room( sorry I didn’t catch their names). The location was quiet and conveniently just a few steps away from the bus stop. We stayed in a newly renovated room, which was modern with a spectacular view of the sea. I would definitely come back and stay in Hotel Graal.

Perfect location, staff, food, room. What views. I spent some time on the balcony listening to an audio book but later had to replay some sections since the views distracted (in a nice way) my ability to listen to the book.

Room is pretty clean. Staff is really nice and helpful. Great breakfast. Valet parking is available with a charge. Overall pretty satisfied staying.
