Had the best time! Stsff are super nice, and pool was great! Amazing views.

We liked the views the breakfast was the best we ever had for a hotel breakfast. Extremely clean Nicely decorated and updated. Would stay here again just for the breakfast alone. Super quiet clean hotel.

This was our 2nd stay. It was nice to see the same staff that was still there. Breakfast is worth every penny huge Friday. Rooms were very comfortable and the view was amazing.

The hotel has wonderful views of the amalfi coast. The rooms are clean and spacious. The hotel staff warm and helpful.

The view from the balcony is worth all the effort of getting up the mountain. The staffs are friendly. They could have accomplished much more with that rooftop area, instead of let it barren and rundown. The hotel frontage looks very mediocre, but once inside, things get much better. The view on the balcony is interrupted when you look down, they left some disposal cluster in what could have been a nice garden. Mosquitos prevented us from enjoying a simple tea on the balcony which is a shame. I give it a high score just because this hotel has so much potential.

We celebrated our wedding anniversary at the Grall hotel. The room had a beautiful view, the room was spacious. The room was renovated. The breakfast was great with a beautiful panorama. The location is amazing, everything you need is there. The staff is helpful and pleasant.

Hotel Staff. So helpful. From check in to the fun characters at the pool bar. Beautiful view, very very nice buffet breakfast with amazing homemade Italian breads and sweets. Only draw back, needs an update from the mid 80's decor. The exterior is pretty worn and the interior, room furniture, lobby furniture and decor just needs a good update

Overall the rooms are a little dated and more like a 3-star hotel but the view and location is 5-star so it nets out as a 4-star visit for me. We had two rooms as we are a family of six. Worked well for us- if it was just my wife and I, a nicer hotel would be needed. We had drinks at the pool along with a very tasty sandwich. Also enjoyed drinks at the bar with the amazing view. Took the bus to Amalfi for 1.5 euros and the hotel sells tickets. The station is only 2 blocks from the hotel so very convenient. Figuring out the bus back in Amalfi was not easy. You can book a private van but they sell out so would recommend booking before you go. We also had a car and drove to Sorrento- don’t recommend. It’s a very tight winding 2 lane road with many blind curves. Should have used the ferry from Amalfi but it was an experience I won’t forget!! Had dinner 3 nights in Amalfi- all good. Very laid back town for early July- highly recommend Palazzo Della Mara trattoria. The best meal we had by far. Ravello is a wonderful town that doesn’t feel as touristy as Amalfi and still has more of a town feel that Maiori.

Staff were very accommodating and helpful Beautiful cliff side views and perfect location I would definitely recommend this place
