Lovely big spacious hotel. Bathrooms are small but perfect for 1 or 2 nights.

I want to extend a personal thank you to Gwen, who went far above and beyond to improve my stay. After finding out that my reserved parking spot was already taken, Gwen not only helped me find a new spot, she personally escorted me to and from the parking spot. Despite my objections, she also transported my luggage and gave me tips on how to make the most of my time in the area. The world needs more people like Gwen.

The manner in which we were met on arrival was exceptional. The staff were very helpful both during check in and at parking. A warm and comforting experience. The breakfast was tasty, good selection and wide choice. The rooms were very clean, functional and all the amenities were of good quality.

Loved it. Very nice, welcoming hotel in the most beautiful place. It couldn’t have been any better…except maybe adding a few days to our vacation.

An oasis. Clean and modern. Very convenient. Staff went above and beyond.

An excellent experience in every facet. Saint Malo is an incredible place and this hotel belongs here.

Great location, very helpful staff, breakfast was okay. Would have been nice to have a dinner restaurant in the hotel. We struggled with the language barrier when dining around town. Had the best meal of our entire trip at the American Hotel and Restaurant (very close to hotel) - need to be aware that the good ones close for a couple of days a week.

Lovely hotel. Great location. Incredibly helpful staff. Our suite did not have a stand up shower.

Modern, clean and comfortable hotel in prime location within the old city walls. Staff members are competent and cordial. Negatives include a curbless shower that results in an almost entirely wet bathroom floor when used, a subpar buffet breakfast and difficult to maneuver parking garage.
