I always stay in this hotel during my business trip for the last 4 years. The hotel cleanliness and condition is always good, breakfast is one of the best I have in Bangkok. Very happy to get a free room upgrade to Suite one bed room. Very easy to find food and leisure from the shopping mall beside the hotel.

Could have been 5 stars but a power outage from 10pm-2am ruined the stay.
Check in was good. The person that helped with luggage was great. Rooms super modern and new also very spacious and comfy.
Once the power went out the evening was ruined. The communication from front desk was none existent and really poor. There was no updates or explanation as to what happened and how long it would take to fix the problem. The room became really hot as no AC.
No mention of anything at check out. I would also think a hotel like this would have a generator.

A change of bath towels would be preferred. Towels are so worn and looked over used.
