伊甸園酒店 (TripInn Eden Antwerp)

A nice place to stay and very good value for what I paid. The room was perfectly good with working A/C and everything I needed for my quick overnight stay. Location was very good, a short walk from Amsterdam Central Station and the centre of the city.

Not somewhere I’d recommend. Not a clean place, very dusty

Well situated near bus station and train station. Ealking distance. Also shops and restaurant nearby

This hotel is perfect if you want to stay close to the Antwerp Train Station.

Great

I was first given a room which did not have an AC remote. So I had to go to the reception, and they provided me with a new room. In that room the AC had a remote but the AC wasn’t working - showing an error. I had to go to reception again and they said they will send a technician, no one came. I had to go to the reception multiple times. Mind you that even the lift wasn’t working for the entire time, which means I had to get up and down 3 floors every time. When I complained I was asked if I would work with a fan. Finally around 4pm I got a room which had an AC working. The hotel was otherwise good with good beds. But if something is not working, it will take forever to get solved. Ruined my entire stay because of the constant running.

Staffs were nice, the property is quite old, needs to renovate.

Everything was good

Elevators broken. Street is horrible for parking. Noisy clients and screams in other roomss

Amazing and near to everything in mind. Everything is a walking distance
