The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which we truly appreciated throughout our stay. Our room was quite spacious, which was a plus, however it was not in the best condition and could definitely use some maintenance and updates. The bathroom and toilet layout was also not very practical, making it a bit inconvenient to use. The swimming pool area offers a lovely view. There are some safety concerns — there is a large gap between the pool and the fence, and without a proper barrier, it could be dangerous, especially for children. Overall, while the service was great, there are a few areas that need attention to improve comfort and safety.

Amazing views and welcoming staff

It is a little worn down but was clean, convenient, and a nice price so overall good value.

Great room with a huge bed, the rooftop pool was nice but the bar was not open.

We stayed for a week, booked through Expedia. There is no shuttle service to/from the airport available, despite what the write up says. The room we were given was an inside room...no windows at all. The room was clean but rudimentary. The breakfast buffet was edible, with a range of noodles and rice fruit and pastries. Coffee was horried, but there a several shops right outside the door. Location was brilliant, a block from the beach, with all kinds of shops and services available. Would definitely stay here again for the location, but I'd definitely ask for a room with a window next time.

Very nice room. Helpful staff. Would definitely stay again.

Some of maintenance and house keeping work not well done. The rest are fine.

Convenient location and clean room. Shower and WC are in separate/independent glass cubicle whose glass panels are overlaid with non-see through film. There are many TV channels to choose from, though majority are either dubbed or in Vietnamese.

Great location. Right next to the beach. There are many restaurants and mini marts on the same street. However, there are also lots of noisy & dusty constructions going on nearby. Avoid the second floor - there is no view.

Room atmosphere was extremely pleasant. Close to the beach. Only thing is breakfast wasn't that good. Lack of variety and waiters were slow to clean tables
