The air conditioning worked well, which was a first for us in our adventures around Italy. They allowed us to check in early which we greatly appreciated!!! The check in was quick. The room was clean save the wrench in the shower, which was eventually removed. They called a taxi for us to take us to the airport, which was great. I was personally disappointed that the airport shuttle wasn’t available, but I will know for the future to reserve the airport shuttle at least 2 weeks in advance with them.
Cold water was provided at the reception, which is also rare in Italy.
It was pretty quiet, I was woken twice by noise outside and then in the hallway, but with ear plugs it was just fine.
