We stayed 2 nights. The room was clean, the staff friendly and informative and the location was great to walk to restaurants, shops and the water front.

The property is a very long building so make sure how far away the room is from the front desk to see if you might need help with your luggage

Very expensive room on street level so shade had to be down. Housekeeping skipped our room on second day. Restaurant crimson is terrible. service is slow, food is terrible. Nearest restaurant beside expensive steaak house is walkable but on the far end.

Central location. Good bar service first night. Second night kitchen having slow times and a long wait for food. Overall good experience. Only inconvenience was distance of our room from lobby, this is a long building.

The hotel is transitioning from the old location that was here to the brand new Hyatt JDV hotel. Still some improvements happening but the room was complete, new and comfortable to sleep in. The trains through downtown make it a little noisy but not terrible and don’t run all night long, and the hotel does provide earplugs as well in case you need them. The hotel is conveniently located in the downtown area with access to the Railroad behind it along with Ship Creek and some amazing restaurants. The hotel is on a street that is like a hill, so the 2nd floor is where the main lobby is but there are other access doors and conveniently placed staircases as well to get to your room anywhere in the hotel. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location close to everything but it was noisy.

Love the hotel. Wonderful staff. Restaurant food was good. Coffee and gift shop was great. Gym is a 10 out of 10. Very stylish!

Lost my reservation, took an hour to resolve. Since they lost my reservation I got what was left of rooms which was as far from the lobby as possible. Unpacked and found that part of the room was soaking wet from a water leak. Had to repack and move one room farther from the lobby. Room was very small for the price. Asked where a nearby cafe was. The staff gave directions but it was closed. Went back to the hotel and asked about a different cafe and guess what, it was closed also. I think that I should receive compensation, otherwise I will put this out to the public.

It looks like a box on the outside, but is so NICE inside. Very eclectic and looks pretty newly renovated. Very clean with a comfy beds. Would highly recommend. Also, very close to the Alaskan Railroad. We easily walked over early the next morning and caught our train.

Hotel looks brand new but it’s a remodeled old hotel with pop corn ceiling and small rooms.
