The amenities & facilities are clean but watchout the free breakfast mentioned in Hotels.com should be listed as one of the inclusions or it won't be accepted by Belize Tagaytay because free breakfast was not listed in inclusions. Even you have shown that "double deluxe room - with Free Breakfast. This is something convenient for elders & disabled who haven't been there yet.BTW, I booked this for my dad who is 85YO.

Belize is amazing with its superb customer service! I booked an overnight for my friend on her 60th day and requested Belize to decorate her room as a surprise. They nailed and my friend was in absolute joy! Thank you Belize and more power!

Owner and her staff were very nice and helpful. Property is conveniently located along the main road and is nearby known restaurants. The only problem is the low water pressure of the bidet and shower, but other than that, our stay was superb. They provide good breakfast, too.
