Hotel was very nice for the price. I would have given it five stars, but it was obvious that they were not completely thorough when they cleaned the floors. There was an old strawberry top on the floor under the lip of the cabinet that literally scared the bejeebees out of us bc we thought it was a giant spider, nope just a dried up strawberry top. There was also an old pistachio shell on the carpet peeking out from the lip of the bed. The bed was a good size, but the mattress was worn down on my side, hard and slanted towards edge, like it was old and broken down from people sitting on the edge of the bed.
Otherwise, our stay was very pleasant. Quiet room, quiet location, lovely garden view. Big space for suitcases. Room had a mini fridge and safe. Nice selection of snacks for purchase. We would stay there again.
Staff was fluent in English and knowledgeable on directions for trams to city center. Close to transits.

It’s a very basic hotel near Belvedere Palace. We had two rooms, both are very spacious but a bit dated. Staff is very nice and friendly.

Lovely hotel near the Belvedere palace. As soon as we got there, we were greeted by their nice staff. Check in was quick and easy. Room was clean and spacious for my partner and me. Location was good too, only 10–15-minute walk from the city and all famous landmarks.

The room was a good size and clean. The breakfast buffet was fabulous, lots of choice and well prepared and fresh. Some healthy choices too.
The bed wasn't as comfortable unfortunately, I prefer memory foam type mattresses. Also the sauna was not routinely on, you needed to request it to be switched on and wait half hour.
