The room was given away when my daughter got there at 1AM and they were out of rooms. Imagine paying for a room for your 21 year old daughter who was traveling by herself and her plan landed at 1AM. She took an uber to her hotel, just to be told they had given it away. Even though it was paid for!!! I was not happy when she was in a city, all alone and no hotel rooms left! I would not recomend expedia or this hotel again!

Room had new carpet which helps it feel clean and new. The furniture was not new. Room was clean.

Hotel was nice but room was disappointing. There was hair on the bathroom floor, drink left in fridge and door had to be slammed to shut.

It was just so so. I expect more from a Crowne Plaza

Booked this hotel months in advance. Arrived at 3 pm check in time and rooms were not ready that in itself was not an issue. We had an event and stated we would be back around 11. I asked if we could check in at that time and they said no, but not to worry as we had already paid for the room it is ours. Got back to hotel at 11:15 and they said we have no rooms. I said we have been trying to check in since 3 pm and you said we had a room what changed and staff stated “ if we don’t have rooms we don’t have rooms, there is nothing we can do about it. So we had no room for the night and ended up driving home and changing the rest of the events we had planned

The room was definitely better than the Super 8 near the airport, that had a power outage that lasted all night and into the next day, so this was the next option. Electricity was a nice amenty here - wish I had been able to try the attached restaurant and breakfast cafe/bar but time didn't allow. The one thing that irritated me was that there was no towel service in the 4 days I was there - had to go to the desk to request them and was told to leave my wet ones outside my door, where they sat, all day. Crowne Plaza will still be an option for return trips - the good outweighed the bad. No mention at all of parking passes required for the large lot (although security was patrolling) so would recommend skipping that in the Orbitz options when reserving.

I enjoyed my stay

Hair pile on shower shelf and disgusting Keurig water reservoir were not expected at an IHG property. We'll avoid these like the Plague...

The hotel staff was friendly and the outside was very well maintained. The staff was excited about the newly acquired IHG branding, but it didn’t live up to that standard. We had to switch to multiple rooms because of the tv not working in our suite. Then, our pull out couch didn’t have a mattress and had white stands on the base that looked like vomit. Definitely would not recommend or stay at again.
