No lift or breakfast facilities, but the staff were great (friendly and helpful)

Good for the price clean. Small rooms but i didnt care because I was in London to explore and used the room to sleep and get ready.

We loved the hotel, small cozy rooms very clean.Loved the neighborhood, the hotel is closed to the subway.The staff at the reception was exceptional, very welcoming and helpful ! Breakfast also very good and the staff was amazing.I will return in the future, and I personally highly recommend this hotel! Thank you

Very nice staff, very helpful small good stay fir couples. Who just need a homesome place to stay and enjoy the city of London.

Nice location , clean quiet

When the wifi was down they gave everyone access to their hotel’s employee wifi.

Location excellent. Need to go find all meals. No breakfast in hotel but shops and cafes few minutes away. Quite compact room. At back of property so quiet.

Front desk was lovely and the room was very clean upon arrival. Beware of the no elevator so get ready to walk some flights if you have a room on the top floors . Overall, really good stay

Our room was in the basement which overall wasn’t a problem but the biggest issue was no hot water in the room in the morning - cold shower! I reported it to the reception staff in the morning on check out and he didn’t even attempt to apologise or offered to sort it out. This was very poor!
