Great location, properly functional rooms, great shower pressure, clean, central. No AirCon so beware in the summer. Super central location, my go-to. Often €45 or so per night for double.

I have stayed here two or three times, perfect central location in Frankfurt. Basic hotel but functional. Showeroom perfect and modern.

Parking sucks, room with bathtub/shower better as only shower just too small

SCAMMERS! upon arrival we’re told they’ve got some pluming problems and can’t give us the room. We’re offered a room at another hotel near the train station which is a very bad area and opposite to where we wanted to stay. When we said we did not want to change hotels and would like a refund we were told they cannot do it until Monday due to the manager not being there and there was nothing else they could do to help. Not only did they fail to provide a service, but also wanted to send us to a cheaper hotel without even offering to charge us less. Contacted the website where we made booking and told us they would take care of things yet up until today we did not get our money back and they will not provide a refund as the hotel rejects to do it. We have called the hotel several times and still did not get a positive answer.

Super easy. Lovely staff. Great deal.

This is a solid budget hotel. However, it is the only place I have ever stayed that did not have a 24-hour reception desk. This made checking into the hotel fairly tricky.
