Staff friendly. Rooms clean. Only downfall the light in the room was not bright. They were nice when advised where there for 6 days they offered to put a microwave in the room.

Everything was well maintained

Paper thin walls, got woken up by someones alarm in another room at 5am. Kept hearing them sneezing through walls. Breakfast as far as eggs, hard boiled only, very mid, not many choices. A very interesting thing happened, while waiting for a taxi outside motel doors during daylight we were approached by 3 cars as if we were prostitutes. Not too sure what’s going on at this hotel but that was odd. We felt unsafe at that point.

Check in was seamless and breakfast was good. The room smelled like smoke and didn't have any overhead lights or bathtub, which were negatives.

Unfortunately, our experience did not meet expectations. We encountered several issues with our initial room: the air conditioning was not working, the bathroom door would not lock, and the room itself was very small. Additionally, the room was not cleaned the following day. While the staff was very helpful and provided us with a different room after we complained, we had to move all of our belongings—including a baby crib—to another floor by ourselves, which was extremely difficult and inconvenient. We also found the breakfast selection to be very limited, with the exact same orange slices served as the only fruit option for all three days. Furthermore, the elevator was exceptionally slow.
