Excellent Stay & Great Service!! We had a fantastic stay at Golden Rooster Hotel. The rooms were exceptionally clean, and the breakfast offered a great variety of delicious options to start the day.What really stood out was the incredible staff. After returning from our Sapa trip, they even kindly upgraded our rooms as a welcome back gesture. Their hospitality made our return to Hanoi seamless and special. Highly recommend!

felt safe and well taken care of at this hotel. I’ve traveled a lot, and while this is not a 4- or 5-star hotel, it had everything I needed during my stay. The staff were very courteous, well-mannered, and easy to talk to. What surprised me the most was that on the day we checked out, they prepared a simple breakfast for me and my family to take with us since we would not be able to make it in time for breakfast service. I thought that was a very thoughtful and sweet gesture.

Stayed at the Golden Rooster Hotel multiple times during our trip to Hanoi, and it was consistently a fantastic experience. The location in the Old Quarter is perfect—walkable to everything yet still comfortable and welcoming after a long day out. What really stands out is the staff—unbelievably friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful with anything you need. Breakfast was also a great start to each day with plenty of tasty options. We stayed in a few different rooms, and while some are larger than others, I highly recommend booking one of the junior suites if available. They’re spacious, beautifully furnished, and the balcony is a great bonus. Would absolutely stay here again—reliable, comfortable, and a great home base in Hanoi.

Staff were fantastic and the room was exactly what we needed we booked a economy room just for a couple of hours after getting back from Ha Long Bay before getting on the overnight train to Sapa

The room was small, but it was clean and comfy. The hotel lobby is very nice and the breakfast was good. We just stayed one night, but the staff were helpful and the location is great!

Staff were all very courteous and helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast included a wide variety of options. When asking to book a ride to the airport we were quoted two different prices so we ended up ordering a Grab ride, which worked out well for us. Overall, we would stay here again.

Staff were wonderful and rooms very comfortable. Lovely outside patio attached to the connected rooms on the 7th floor. Breakfast was great with an assortment of made to order options. Would highly recommend
