nice location

Location was great, the Old Quarter was just across the bridge. The room was clean and nice but the bathroom was not great,. There was urine on the toilet seat and cover and tiny little bugs everywhere, but these issues were easily rectified. For the price this was absolutely a steal, the owner was so kind and the service was top notch.

The staff were very lovely, we used google translate to communicate with them the entire time. Yes, the hotel is located by the bridge but you have to get a taxi or grab every time you want to go into the old quarter/city centre as there is no feasible way to walk across. The room itself was technically clean, but it smelt very strongly of mould which made us feel quite sick and was definitely off putting. If you want to stay in Hà Nội I would recommend staying in the Old Quarter or surrounding as you’ll pay around the same price (if not cheaper) for a room and be able to save the money on transport. I don’t think this hotel is worth it.

Terrible. The worst place that I have ever stayed in.

Reception staff spent the entire time screaming and shouting. Which echoed through the entire hotel. They also spoke for long periods on the mobile phones using speaker phone, again the noise carried throughout the hotel. My advice: stay somewhere else.

No refrigerator. Shower not always HOT. You get what you pay for :)

The staff was friendly and very helpful even though they had no English ability but luckily they were very good at using Google translate. The hotel is an excellent value.

The workers are extremely nice! only 8-10 min drive to everything.
