The onsen was just okay. I anticipated much better. The room was fine. What really bothered us was that they said that reservations made on Expedia do not support making a reservation for dinner. And, such reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Thus, they would not serve us dinner. The ryokan (a hotel) is way up a hill. They have a shuttle bus but they will only provide a trip to and from the Kumano-Shi station before and after check in. So, we had to take a taxi to go to a restaurant for dinner and for the return. The cost isn’t high but it all adds up. So, we were disappointed.

This is a gem if you want to experience Japanese hospitality! The staff are super friendly and the Onsen is magical. Highly recommended!

設備も良く、素泊まりでしたが大満足でした。 また、ゆっくり利用したいです。

館内もきれいで、大変親切にしていただきました。ありがとうございました。

部屋はとても清潔で快適でした。 平日ということもあり、大浴場も空いていてゆったりと使えました。 食事は、夕食の予約を忘れていたので、次回はちゃんと予約をいれて食事を楽しみたいと思います。

マッサージ機やアウトドアの様な外での食事が美味しくてリラックス出来ました。ただカメムシが大量に発生されてて温泉脱衣場内や向かう途中の廊下などカメムシの臭いがキツかったのが少し残念な感じでした。

とても綺麗です。景色も綺麗です。あちこちに黄緑の虫がいました。まぁ山の中だからしかなにいですよね。

The room was large and the view of the ocean was excellent. Their dinner and breakfast was very good with a variety of dishes. The staff was nice and helpful. The onsen was clean but a little bit small. I enjoyed staying here very much.

we really loved the view from the room on the Pacific ocean the hotel is completely renewed the room is very big and comfortable the onsen is quite correct the internet connection is OK the staff is very smily, efficient and helpful it is just a pity no one speaks no english
