(Novotel Santiago Providencia)

Bien atendidos , buena ubicación y buen servicio

Room was clean and well kept, although not soundproof so you can hear other guests in the corridors

Staff shines at this property. Ignacio, Patricio, Nicolas, William, Esteban, and Christina were all above average in their attention to guests. Strong air conditioning in the room, helpful housekeeping, and strong security make this a top choice for Santiago.

Excelente ubicacion.

The location is pretty good, it’s clean, but the amenity is poor. We booked a room for two adults, they just supply one tooth brush cup and one mock tower. By the way the towers are old and not clean enough. The bathroom door is sliding down authority with noise. Tiny sink top for personal stuff. You can hear the neighbors’ voice. The TV, poor channel choice. And we can’t use our own YouTube or Netflix or even casting.

I love the beds and pillows of this hotel. You can get a good nice sleep. Also the breakfast has variety and the location is great. Even though the pool is small, you can get a nice relaxing time.

The room was spacious and very clean. Staff were always smiling and helpful. Location was handy.
