Overall a good hotel great location

The hotel is clean and the rooms do what they say. However, there is no atmosphere in the hotel The reception is impersonal and I booked 2 twin rooms through you and they said they didn't get advised of that due to me using a 3rd party?? We did get twin rooms in the end. Also the pillows are very hard and cheap. Plus the bar area only opens at 3PM?

Breakfast buffet can be improved but it was a good stay. Location is good and rooms are comfortable.

Very accessible

Stayed a few times here, and always very clean and provides a nice breakfast. However, most of the TV channels in our room didn't work, and on the remote the option to retune is deactivated.

Staff were great, check in was super easy and quick! Room could have been a lot cleaner for the amount I paid, but was OK for one night stay.

I stayed in a ‘cosy’ room and liked it. Although small there was room to hang clothes and the layout worked. The problem I experienced was with the bathroom. Again small and well laid out but there was a smell of drains. I reported it as I left. Room 5
