Beautiful

Loved staying on Universal property. The shuttle and Water Taxi are worth it. We visited Epic Universe and got to utilize our early entry privileges. Truly helped make the day. The room was clean, housekeeping is every other day, but the Guest Services desk is very accommodating. My teenager loved having the convenience of Starbucks in the lobby.

What a beautiful, clean and convenient hotel! We are members of Universal Studios for the year with an annual pass, and the Ventura hotel is perfect in all ways!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had such a wonderful stay at Universal’s Aventura Hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome, and the entire hotel was clean, modern, and very comfortable. The rooms were well designed, and we loved the relaxing atmosphere after long days at the parks. One of the biggest highlights is the location. It’s incredibly close to Volcano Bay, making it so convenient to walk over and enjoy the water park without worrying about transportation. It also provides easy access to the Universal parks, which made our vacation even more enjoyable and stress-free. The hotel itself has a beautiful, contemporary feel, and all the common areas were spotless and inviting. We especially appreciated how easy everything was, from check-in to getting around the property. If I had one small suggestion, it would be to improve the food options. While they are convenient and there is a nice variety available, we felt the quality could be better. That said, it certainly didn’t take away from our overall experience. Overall, we had an amazing stay and would absolutely return. If you’re looking for a comfortable, modern hotel in a fantastic location—especially if you’re planning to spend time at Volcano Bay—Universal’s Aventura Hotel is an excellent choice. Thank you to the entire team for making our vacation so memorable!

Every staff we encountered was helpful, accurate, and professional. Our room was clean no issues with the bathroom shower everything was spotless. Easy check in and check out. Would love to visit again.

Food was expensive and absolutely gross. I wish I could have receive a refund. I ate a banana instead. Breakfast should be included for the prices.
