Best price for near Broadway. More like a motel style though. Decent free breakfast.

Our stay was great, but the program for the valet The garden was lovely

took forever to get hot water. did not come and clean our room and give clean towels for 2 days in a row. people running up and down the hallway all night long. toilet leaked where toilet attaches to floor.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fresh every morning.

From the outside the appearance is somewhat nondescript and not hotel like. The rooms are excellent, all new furnishings and comfortable. The staff were particularly helpful and accommodating. They went out of their way to offer suggestions and assisted with a dinner delivery. One suggestion is that the signs next to the non-working elevator do not give the guest any idea where to go to find the working elevator, The result is to search around the hallways until the elevator is found. It became easier to use the stairs.

I enjoyed my stay overall. The staff and valet were extremely helpful and pleasant. Only downside was the elevator situation.

The staff was very Nice, and Helpful. The Valet attendants were very polite and helpful. Easy to talk to and ask questions. The security officer was also helpful. This hotel is near downtown Nashville, TN, and everything is within walking distance.
