We had a great stay. I was concerned about the self check-in, but it was easy and went very smoothly. The room is small, but it is very nice and updated and clean. A good location as well, walking distance to Old Town if you’re up for a longer walk.

Lovely modern b&b in a great location. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Edinburgh.

Room was very clean, comfortable and modern. Great location also.

All Good but it was hard to do my check in when I arrived

Thank u!

This was a basic guest house, which did not serve breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable. We briefly saw the staff at check-in and check-out; otherwise, no real interaction with them. The house is a 2-minute walk to the tram, which was convenient to go into central Edinburgh. The noise level was a little high due to its proximity to Leith Walk, a busy street for buses and the tram.

Great location for the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. Modern room with private bathroom was perfect

i booked room with private washroom but that was outside the room not attached but room is small as well other thing are ok

Great place to stay. Nice bed with very clean sheets. Breakfast was also great. Staff very attentive.

Its close to the center
