Lovely staff, great location close the Central Chiang Rai, bed was a little firm.

Family room was very comfortable and spacious. Fabulous having 2 washrooms in a room!

Staff very friendly and nice. Breakfast was very good and has many options, including egg station and good coffee. The only downside was the bathroom - the bath is too high up which makes it difficult to climb in and out, and it floods quite easily which can be dangerous. The rooms are too noisy - you can literally hear everything that’s happening in the room next door, including conversations as if they are happening in your own room. Despite this, it’s a very convinient and cheap option when staying in Bangkok

This hotel was absolutely nothing like the posting! It was old, dirty, the water didn’t drain in the shower, the bed felt like laying on springs, at best. The breakfast had cold eggs and more! I would. It recommended staying here!

Clean room friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast, excellent location, and good internet speed

I stayed on the top floor. Thinking it was quiet but they had hundreds of pigeons nesting in the roof. The breakfast was very poor. Nothing for the western person. Only cold fried eggs and lots a long way for town.

Everything was good except the breakfast options for a European or us citizens were limited other than that was perfect.

A box of tissue in the room will be good.

Good- Quiet, big rooms, easy access. Not so- Hard beds, breakfast is woeful, better off getting some at a cafe up the road.
