The checkout was not good enough. They knocked on the door loudly, even though we informed them that we were having a late checkout, and the TV did not have many channels and there was no internet connection on it.

في حياتي ما رايت مثل هذا الجمال كاني داخل لوحة فنية من جمال التصميم والافكار البسيطة والجديدة في نفس الوقت والبهجة اللي كانت مالية المكان بالالوان الخلابة. الفندق مصمم على طراز المباني الجنوبية السعودية من الداخل الوان تأسر النظر الملحوظة الوحيدة هي موقع الفندق وعزل الاصوات في الغرفة والباقي من اجمل ما رأت عيني ويستحق زيارة مرة اخرى

Clean, average location, Noise from other rooms!

I've been staying at this hotel regularly for the last 3 years (although they only have me on record as staying once..I love the place. Its a real retreat in the middle of the city. Some advice to the management: Please dont clean rooms and halls at 5.30 in the afternoon. I was trying to get a much needed nap after work but the constant noise kept me up and I asked the guys to stop they still continued. Secondly, if you're going to put blackout curtains in a window, please ensure they fit the window properly. I always wake up at 5am due to light leaking through the corners of the window. Also try to cut down on plastics and leave a large bottle of water instead of 8 little ones that I had to get. There is nowhere to keep the soap bar and it ends up messing up the plastic tray next to the sind. Otherwise, don't change!

Great concept. Combining traditional ideas with practical design. Clean and pleasing to stay there.
