Very clean and tidy. The room was comfortable and well equipped. Nice breakfast included in the price. Staff very nice, Monica and the other young ladies at reception were super helpful. Hotel location was great, so easy to walk within minutes to Main Square and to the river area, where you can catch a very enjoyable boat ride or stroll along the river, Castle nearby too. Would definitely recommend to stay at Hotel 32. I would stay here again if I am back in Krakow.

Great location. Easy to get everywhere you need to go in Krakow and 24-hour desk to check in even at 2am (late flight and long passport queue). Room was small but had everything we needed and great water pressure on the shower.

Close to a busy road so noisy. Curtains didn’t keep out the light.

The hotel is lovely, rooms clean and housekeeping great. Friendly staff. Good amenities but I never used the sauna as I was so busy. Thank you!

The Hotel was excellent. Spacious room, friendly staff and the restaurant was great for dinner at night. We couldn’t have breakfast, unfortunately, due to our early departures each and every morning.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our biggest problem was we booked a hotel with a lift as both of us have bad knees. When we arrived at the hotel, we found out our room was on the 4th floor and the lift only went to the 3rd. They wanted to move us to a lowet room that was so small you could barely walk around the bed. We paid extra to get a larger room on the 3rd floor. The breakfast that came with the room was not very appetizing.

Very nice and clean hotel and room. Very good vicinity within walking distance of most of the things Krakow has to offer. Highly recommend
