スタッフの対応は大変良い 受付の 人の 親切丁寧です 客室も綺麗 です 子供が無料なのが 大変嬉しいです 朝食の人の対応も 素晴らしいです また利用をしたいと思う ホテルです 土曜日なのに値段も リーズナブルです

部屋のベッドが固く腰が痛くなった。

受付で機械の使い方をスタッフの方が丁寧に教えてくださいました。アメニティも不足なく揃っていて、とても快適でした。朝早く出なくてはいけなかったので朝食を食べられなかったのが残念でしたが、とても満足いく宿泊でした。

安定感、安心感ある。さすが東横INN。高市総理のおかげが、静かに過ごせました。

We booked 2 rooms. When checking in, they told us they were on different floors. I blame Hotels.com for this. No safe in one room. Not the end of the world but had to use just the one safe. Breakfast is held in the lobby. Yes it is included so I can’t really complain but it wasn’t great. Rooms are quiet They are typical Japanese hotel rooms. Dry small but functional. For the price you can’t beat it I suppose. Close to train station. If rooms had beeen side by side, it would have gotten a hire score.

The major thing we did not like were the hard mattress on the beds. It made for a very uncomfortable sleep. So much we left one day early & booked our airport hotel with much more comfortable accommodation. Otherwise everything else was reasonable. The breakfasts even though complementary are very restrictive for non-Japanese.

Decent rooms/bathrooms with okay soundproofing. Not much around the immediate area, but the hotel offers a very nice breakfast buffet and the staff are excellent! The hotel only having one elevator is quite the inconvenience. In exchange, the hotel offers a unique guests-only parking spot that you can use freely all day for only 1000 yen!

The usual comfortable, efficient, friendly and value-for-money stay that we always experience at Toyoko Inn.
