PLEASE NOTE - ALL INCLUSIVE FROM EXPEDIA DOES NOT INCLUDE ALCOHOL!!!! Arrived at hotel given wrist bands - then Ahh your with Expedia, we were then frogmarched to reception to have our bands cut off and demotted to SOFT ALL INCLUSIVE - which does not include Booze ?? Checked back on Expedia app and booking confirmation - Nothing to Explain and actually said all drinks included -.So huge argument with Expedia via a CHAT ROOM and Management at Hotel!!

Had a fantastic stay! The manager, Amine, was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make everything perfect. The service was truly amazing, and both the hotel and food selection exceeded expectations. Highly recommended!

I booked a room for my cousin’s honeymoon, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The hotel checked them in almost three hours after the official check-in time, with no apology and no sense of responsibility from the staff. Instead of acknowledging their mistake, the staff blamed the customers and showed a complete lack of professionalism. For such an important occasion, this level of service is unacceptable. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for reliability, courtesy, or basic customer care.

Clean room . And good staff

Good cleaner they are the best …hard work dedication good service

We extended our stay three times. Lovely place. Very helpful staff, especially the lady who cleaned our room & the lady who made omelettes every morning. We recommend.

An amazing hotel. Large, sumptuous & very clean. Excellent staff - very friendly. Wonderful wonderful breakfast - vast selection. Recommend

It could never be a 5 stars hotels . 3 stars would be acceptable.

Definitely not a 5 star hotel! Really dissoppointed overall. So many issues. Staff were generally very friendly especially Amin and Rabia whom were helpful. I would definitely not recommend this hotel!
