The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice view of the seashore right from the window. The beach is just a short walk away—about the distance of a basketball court—which made it very convenient. There was a security guard station near the room, which added a sense of safety, especially for a solo traveler. Locals also mentioned that the crime rate in the area is very low. I still kept my valuables secure, and the room provides a safe box for added peace of mind. The room doesn’t have a microwave, but it does include an electric kettle and a mini fridge (ice box), which were helpful. There’s also a bar and restaurant located below the hotel. The restaurant opens at 9 AM, but there are plenty of nearby places to eat that open earlier. The hotel is about a 50-minute walk to Station 1, which I didn’t mind because I appreciated that the area outside the hotel was not crowded. Overall, it’s a great option if you’re looking for a quieter and more relaxed stay.

disappointed with the convenience and location of Sundown, the front desk lady was also unfriendly with no personality. The picture on website is deceiving

We got 2 apartelles for family mini vacation it was good weekend except for the loosen flooring (easy fix by using fluid nail glue... cheaper that redoing the grout).If you like cooking your own food this is a great place for you and your family, they have all the kitchenware you need. It's several steps from the beach and you have go thru alley to get to the place.

No coffee and soap.. bit far from transporatation and had to go uphill

Quiet place. Ideal for relaxing. Rooms are fairly priced. Convenient stores nearby. Family owned resort and super friendly. My case, bravo for early check-in.

This place was wonderful! The rooms have really spacious balconies directly facing the beach. The beach is pristine and beautiful. There is a resteraunt and bar on site.

Beach front, quiet and peaceful and far from crowded area, food in restaurant is goo. Hotel rate is better than others. We will consider the same hotel on our next visit.

Amazing spot in front of the beach. A little far from the center of white beach (station 1,2 and 3) but i wouldn't trade this place to other hotels in center. I love that you can have privacy and complete relaxation in this area. No noisy crowd. Would highly recommend!

While the rental unit #3 was accommodating, the property was surrounded with a few properties that are abandoned and broken down/ falling apart. This made the overall experience quite disappointing. I would not recommend this for a first-timer. About some furnishings: The TV display has a huge line across from one side to the next; the sliding doors are not fully secured and the sealing fan only works on one speed.
