Our stay was on the long weekend, busy & cold. Staff were very friendly and managed well with all the guests. Our room was cold and heat appeared not to be working. On informing the staff it was fixed properly.
This was my 4th time here and will stay again on a visit to Canberra. Good food.

Lovely old hotel. Staff are friendly. I feel the complimenry bottle of wine should be in the fridge not handed to you warm at reception.
These little things go along way when staying at a hotel.
Also refills in the bathroom need to be checked each time the room is cleaned.

Lovely historic hotel with a welcoming foyer and open fire. Friendly staff at check-in and parking was available, though the car park was almost full.
Our rooms were well-appointed and the bed was comfortable. A range of tea was provided as well as a pod coffee machine and mini bar.
The hotel was a short drive to some great restaurants, Pomegranate and Minima.
I would stay there again.

The location is perfect, right in the heart of Canberra. It's super convenient for visitors who have a car, and you can get around easily without a hitch. Plus, they have free EV charging stations, and the staff are really friendly and always helpful. We really enjoyed our stay in the interconnecting rooms. The rooms could have been bigger for the price, but they're super cute and well-kept throughout, giving off an antique vibe. Parking was also a breeze.
