First time staying in Ungasan, and I absolutely loved it. Such a romantic place—it truly feels like home. I looked forward to coming back to this atmosphere every day. The staff are incredibly warm and accommodating. The place itself is beautiful, with a stunning view that makes you feel like you’re on top of the mountain. The location is also very accessible. Everything just feels right. I will definitely come back and would love to try other Kirana branches as well. 💖

They were unaccommodating I tried to communicate with them and they didn't care I will not be staying here In the future

The location is great, not far from main road but quiet and peaceful. The room is nice, good space but need some maintenance and upgrade in bathroom area, for example: new hairdryer, proper shower screen

We loved the quiet, peaceful atmosphere, beautiful view of the GWK, the breakfast was excellent and the pool was nice…

Rooms are old and need refreshments. The room we got was completely different from the one you can see on pictures. They are very dark and not enough lamps. We were also very unlucky because a construction work was making a lot of noise starting 7am. Doors are not sealing the room completely (15cm space on the side). Breakfast is very basic. American breakfast is quite bad but Indonesian one is ok though. Basics are not here, impossible to get a hairdryer. We had a wedding so it was very complicated to prepare as no light in bathroom. Our friend got the water supply cut for 30 min in a middle of a shower. I really do not recommend this place. Only good thing is the pool that looks like in the pictures

The place is beautiful but i was told i didn't get breakfast even though it was on my confirmation very disappointing. The place was mainly empty. Lame

Great stay
