Perfect location!

Very well located, and very clean apartment.

Lovely stay. Great location.

Very nice staff, we were able to check in earlier because the room was made available. Very clean and decent size for an accommodation in the heart of Florence. A lot of sunlight because of the big windows. Though there are a few steps from the ground to the lift so make sure you are able to lifts your luggages.

Perfect location and friendly staff. The room overlooks the street but the river is right outside the door and near the bridge that was amazing nightlife experience. I would stay here again when we travel back!

The location is great, but can be hard to locate. The staff was friendly and attentive. The room was clean, but very small and it took some careful maneuvering to utilize the bathroom.

Great hotel! TLDR: Absolutely worth staying at. Pros: AMAZING location. Next to the water and Porto Vecchio. Cannot emphasize enough how wonderful the area the hotel is in is. Lots of good restaurants and shops around. Uffizi and Douma are also really close. Hotel room is nice and has a large window that looks onto the street below. Host was very nice. Cons: A little hard to find but that is only a problem once. Easy to figure out after the first time. Because of window onto the street, it can get loud - our noise maker solves that though for sleep. No elevator from the first floor - there is one after that but will have to carry your luggage at least one flight of stairs. Only one mirror, the one in the bathroom - no full-size mirror. Limited on site staffing but it wasn’t an issue for us, if anything it was a benefit for some privacy.

It wasn’t terrible, but it is not a hotel-type stay. It felt very much like an Airbnb. When we arrived, there were dirty dishes in the room. We were not allowed extra pillows, the bed is very firm and pillows poor quality. The hot water was not working well, so showers were cold. There was also construction nearby the first day we arrived, so we were unable to sleep or rest that day in the room. However, location is good. If you are able to sleep anywhere(regardless of noise or comfort) like my husband, this will be fine for you. They also had a menu to provide delivered breakfast, but when we tried it didn’t work. There are not really amenities.

Great location, close to all major attractions. Room well furnished, clean and renovated. We had a nice terrasse.
