Staff didn’t smile at me once during my 3 nights stay. Seems like they don’t want to talk to me or either helping me when im asking questions or help. They said good morning and enjoy your meal to others guests except me. No hot water, bugs in my room and the ventilator is broken, i had to temporarily fix it with my key. Not really recommending this place

Parking was the Words. No parking in premises you have to park in another parking located three blocks away. The rooms were terrible, not clean bathroom and the staff wasn’t so much help at all. We pay for five night but we move the next day.

they have a few parking spaces but they do accommodate anyone. rooms are nice even know they are small. bathroom is more like a micro bath but nice compare to others

It's very easy to get to and from the historic district from Hotel Pasadena. Check-in and checkout was streamlined. However, when you book a room on hotels.com, it looks like all rooms have air conditioning, but that is not the case. In reality, only the more expensive rooms have air conditioning while the others have a fan. The Wifi is also very slow making it almost impossible to use.

A bit of a walk from the center.But certainly doable. Great place to stay.

The cheapest hotel in San Salvador. Private bathroom. TV. Late check out. Helpful staff. Of you are on a low budget this place is good for a night o two. 15 minutes walk to the main square

Not very welcoming

Staff said they couldn’t find out reservation and wanted to charge us again, so we left. Never again
