Hotel was close to Dongdaegu station - very convenient location. The hotel room itself was large, but property itself was old and still used metal keys/locks. This is also more of a love hotel than a family-friendly hotel. Hotel also offered free water bottles, which is a perk that I always enjoy.

Very convenience location, the traim station, bus station and car rental at walking distance. Staff extemely helpful. Eatery plenty nearby. Spacious rooms.

Only great was, Mr. Cho, he was very kind and helpful. However the room was almost an old movie setting, huge animals printed couchs take the most space but no clothes hanging place. The place badly needs update.

Staff was nice and accommodating. The room on the other hand, wasn't all nice and tidy. A bit worn( That, I didn;t mind ) but rigged with cigarette smell mixed with a perfume to cover it.

This had a love motel vibe. Smelled like smoking in the hallways

The room had so many mosquitoes as they leave the window and the door wide open prior to guests checking in. No warnings or cautions given but the sleep was terrible due to this. Struggle to sleep and of course extremely low quality of sleep if any. Once we woke up the next morning we saw so many blood stains all over the room the hotel didnt/couldn't clean and we did not see the night before. NEVER AGAIN.

Yes, Hera is most definitely a love hotel. I would rate it above average as far as love hotels go. It does try hard to provide good service and clean rooms. But try as it might, the rain shower was pretty run down leaking from all around except the shower head 😅. The bathroom looked pretty clean though. The room was nice, spacious and relatively clean. Good value for the price and room rates on weekends are okay. If you need a place to crash for a night or two go ahead.

Amazing experience. Super friendly staff and the room was gorgeous. The best hotel experience I had so far.
