A superb location with great views and super friendly service, thank you.

- keep the coffee machine online during night as well. people traveling from long distances might have jet lag and might need drink at night.

Friendly front desk staff, clean property, had views of Matterhorn! Also is off of the main tourist area which makes for a nicer stay

Great hotel with an astonishing view to the Matterhorn. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Delicious breakfast and quick access to the snow lift to go skiing (1 min walk). I just recommend to use the taxi service they suggest; we didn’t read that part and took a random taxi at the train station at our arrival , it charged us double the price.

This family run business keeps the rooms spotless. All common areas are clean. Breakfast is average (we dont expect gourmet breakfast in Zermatt anyway). Ski room for equipment and boot warmers. The hotel is very quiet and peaceful. The owner is super nice and helpful. The hotel is 7 minutes walk from the lift on a hill - ok to walk with snowboards and skis. Redline (free electric) bus stops very close to the hotel.

Great hotel, great breakfast, outstanding views, Maria was wonderful!

Great yogurt. Short walk to e-bus and lifts. Helpful staff.

This was a lovely hotel with a wonderful view of the Matterhorn. The room was spotless and the staff were very accommodating.

Such an amazing property and so many extras. Such a great thing to have homemade pastries out that people could enjoy!

Wonderful breakfast, kind, helpful, friendly staff.
