The Sudima group of hotels seems to be very consistent with very thoughtfully designed rooms, and VERY helpful staff who truly go out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay experience.
The hotel was well situated near the Hagley Park and walkable to the town center for lots of dining and shopping options.
Will certainly be keeping an eye out for this hotel chain next time we are in New Zealand.

I really rate and recommend this property- rooms are very spacious and well appointed, lovely staff, great location, immactulately clean. We had a premium twin. Loved that it had a kitchen as well as a table and chairs, not just a desk and two beds. All the toiletries were quality and plentiful. Great touches. Well done Sudima.

Room was fine, shower pressure was average at best and shower curtain definitely needed to be cleaned/changed at the bottom but other than that everything else was great. Buffet breakfast met our needs and some - was great
