Mattress needs updating. Rolling to middle of bed… and pillows were like sleeping with a thin pancake. Shower stall floor very sloppy,needs bath mat to be safe.

Place was spotless and the owner was fabulous. I would highly recommend his. Breakfast was perfect and right on time.

I loved my room. So nicely presented. I have been to many guest houses in recent years and this tops the lot. Food was outstanding. Joan was so lovely and made sure that my experience there was just so. What can I say? Highly recommended in every measure. I shall most certainly be going back!

Joan was super efficient and catered to our every need, breakfast was fabulous, cooked freshly to order sitting in an area overlooking a pretty garden.

Joan was very friendly in greeting us. Our room was a good size with a good ensuite (be careful of the very hot water from the sink tap), beautifully co-ordinated soft furnishings/pictures, lovely breakfast. A perfect stop for our NC500 trip.

Brilliant stay. Breakfast top class and Joan was a lovely lovely person to deal with throughout. Top place to stay in Inverness will be returning. Price good too :)

This is an excellent location very close to the city center. The amenities and room were excellent. The food was excellent and the hostess, Joan, took care of our vegetarian needs.

Top quality service with a lovely host, great breakfasts and very comfortable and clean rooms - recommended.
