Quiet boutique style hotel with private villas and a wonderful staff. Was perfect for us.

Location secluded and villa rooms amazing

This property is a gem! So clean, had bikes available to help us get to places, staff was so friendly. Arranged hotel pick up and drop off. Massage services were amazing. A bit pricey.

Perfect little hideaway on the north of Koh Samui. Stayed here for 5 nights with our teen daughters, had a 2 bedroom set-up with a very generous pool! Immaculately clean, and comfy beds. Onsite restaurant is great. We did take a taxi to Fisherman’s Village most nights for our dinner / meals, but it’s only a 10 mins drive and about 300 baht. Seven-11 just a few mins walk away. There’s about 12 cottages, and a huge shared pool which was almost always empty. Big Buddha and CabyBara Cafe are a mere 10 mins walk away.

The stuff was very welcome. The resort is amazing, quiet.

Absolutely beautiful views - sunsets and big Buddah. Very close to the pier for boat tours.

Second visit and a lovely setting for a short stay. Individual plunge pools are great for relaxing. Main pool quiet during day. Lazy stay

We enjoyed our stay very much. The property, however, looks a little tired and would benefit from some upgrading.

Pros: - Comfortable room with a huge bathtub. - Restaurant offers a great sunset view and lovely live music during the evening. - Helpful night staff. - Nice private and common pools. Cons: - Day staff can be cheeky. - Restaurant food quality is inconsistent; room service is average (e.g., cold bad tea). - Lack of a bell outside the villa leads to unexpected deliveries by the staff by knocking at the bedroom window. - Encountered two large spiders in the room, which live beside the bathtub in the rocks making the bathtub unusable. - The beach accessible from the property is almost unusable.
