Accessibility, everything you need is around the area. I would give it 5 star if not only for the fridge( broken and looks old) water in shower is barely coming out

The hotel and the staff was good although the room had no wardrobe to hang close It a great motel if you’re only staying one or two nights.The staff was very accommodating and made me feel right at home

When I arrived, I was told by the fat security guard that my booked room was under construction (aircon is not working). I had no choice but to pay extra for an upgraded room. This felt very unfair. The hotel should only let people book rooms that are available. It's not the guests' fault if a room isn't ready, and they shouldn't have to pay more because of it. I just paid for it since I was tired and needed to rest.
